At StudsMty, we strive to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. Below, we detail our refund policy:

Refunds

  1. Refunds will not be accepted for personal preference or choosing the incorrect size. We recommend carefully reviewing the provided size chart before making your purchase.

  2. Refunds will be accepted for incorrect products sent. In the event that you receive a product that does not correspond to the order placed, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order to request a refund.

  3. Refunds will only be processed in the case of defective or damaged products upon receipt. If you receive a product in this condition, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order to request a refund.

    It is important to note that we are not responsible for damage that occurs after the product has been used, and we do not provide warranties in these cases. All products are carefully inspected by our team before being shipped, and are documented via video recordings and photographs as proof of their original condition.

  4. If a pair of products was reserved with a deposit and there was no response from the customer after a period of 60 days, the deposit money will be considered forfeited due to the customer's absence. This is due to the lack of contact or confirmation from the customer, which prevents the completion of the transaction.

Refund Process

  1. To request a refund for an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, send an email to studsmty@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Include in your email your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, attach photographs of the incorrect, defective, or damaged product.

  3. Once we have received and reviewed your request, we will contact you to inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

  4. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically via the original payment method within 10 business days.
