1. Our shipments are made via FedEx or DHL. The delivery time is 2 to 7 business days for regular areas (Express 1-2 business days). For shipments to extended areas, the delivery time may increase by an additional 4 to 5 days as indicated by the courier service.

2. These delivery times are estimated by the courier platforms, and our customers have access to the same tracking information as we do.

Delivery Responsibility

1. The delivery of packages is the responsibility of the courier service. We use FedEx and DHL because they offer the best service and ensure that orders arrive in perfect condition.

2. In case of any issue with the shipment, FedEx and DHL have direct contact channels to resolve any problems. Since the delivery process is handled externally, we have the same information as the customer regarding the package status, as it is provided by the couriers.
